Monday--Teriyaki beef
Tuesday--Lemon-Garlic Roasted Chicken
Wednesday-- Crockpot Honey Mustard Chicken. First time we've tried this; I hope it will be good. It's just 1/4 cup honey mixed with 3/4 cup Dijon mustard, poured over 4-6 chicken breasts. Cook on low 6 to 7 hours or high 3 hours. When it's done, I'm going to top it with broken up pretzels. Scott's all about contrasting textures. :)
Thursday--Lasagne (from the freezer)
Friday--Crabby Patties (LOL...they're really pan-seared salmon cakes, but we love SpongeBob around here!) with Caesar salad. Another Rachael Ray Express Lane cookbook favorite!
Saturday--pizza
Sunday--breakfast for dinner

Mmmmm. The Crock Pot Honey Mustard Chicken sounds great. Let me know how it turns out! Great menu plan!
We have a lot in common! I've attempted FlyLady in the past, too, but I get too busy with other stuff.
Thanks for stopping by my blog!
It all delicious! Blessings on your week!
your menu looks great. Have a great week.
Great menu! I LOVE Rachael Ray recipes. Just got 2 of her cookbooks for my bday. :)
Sounds like a great menu!
I got the Rachel Ray Express Lane cookbook from a Nabisco promotion. Haven't used it yet, but those salmon cakes sound yummy.
Yummy, this all sounds delicious! I'd love to hear how the honey mustard chicken comes out. We do honey mustard on the grill, but I'd love to try it in the crockpot. And I have that RR cookbook,I think, I need to look for that "crabby patty" recipe :)
Have a great week!
