Menu Plan Monday


Monday - Teriyaki beef with rice

Tuesday - Scott's favorite chicken with carrots

Wednesday - out to dinner/church

Thursday - spaghetti & meatballs and salad

Friday - homemade pizza

Saturday - beef & broccoli over rice

Thanks for the comment and encouragement! I don't always stick to my meal plan, but the 3-meal menu helps me to at least make something. :-) The squirrel bakes are not with squirrel - I should clarify that! My youngest daughter loves the Redwall books by Brian Jacques and has the Redwall Cookbook. We were going to make the squirrel bakes last week but didn't get to it. I think they're kind of like gnocchi. We'll see how they come out.

I bookmarked the recipe for the chicken crock pot stroganoff! I'm all about rice and carbs. South Beach Smouth Beach. Rice is good!

We do the carb thing here. Big time. We aren't overly worried about what goes on our plates, as long as it tastes good!
