I crack myself up.

I just saw this headline: FDA Warns Viagra Users May Suffer Hearing Loss and my first thought, honest to God, was "What?"

Obviously, not "What [did you say]?" but "What [possible connection could there be between Viagra and hearing]?" But it still struck me as funny, in an ironic, pedestrian way.
