3 Random Things Tag

My friend Jacquelyn at Growing Hearts in the Fish Bowl tagged me to list three random things about myself. Here's what I came up with:

1. I got my second (ever) pedicure on Friday and my toenails are currently a charming, funky shade of PURPLE. At least that's what I keep telling myself. Honestly, when I catch sight of them, my first thought is that they look like ten little bruises.

2. I've recently gotten addicted to the show "Without A Trace." It's in reruns on TNT (Yeah, I know: what isn't in reruns on TNT??). Every time I see the opening credits, I think, "Anthony LaPaglia? Daphne's boorish brother on Frasier? Huh. Weird. He makes such a smooth FBI agent." Pretty much verbatim, I think that.

3. We have a perpetual calendar in our schoolroom. I typically get around to changing the month around the 18th. There is also a piece to the calendar that helps kids learn the days of the week. It says "Today is ___________, Tomorrow will be _____________. Yesterday was _________________. " It's been "Wednesday" for about seven months now. I'm not even exaggerating. I am, however, completely diligent in changing the season card on the very day that the new season starts.

I am going to tag Susan, Zoe and Amy to reveal their randomness.

Hmmmm. Maybe you can pay me back in Bumpies??? I have Thirsties, Nikkis (wool and cotton/poly) and an Aristocrat. I only have xs and small, as I am planning on moving baby up to Bum Genius 3.0 (pockets) when we get to mediums. Charlie will be wearing them until then, and then will hopefully PL.

I always think of Anthony LaPaglia as the best friend from So I Married an Axe Murderer.

Wendy, Wendy, Wendy. You and I are SO alike! We also have the calendar in our schoolroom/living room/kitchen that right now says March 21. It has been "Tuesday" now for the last 3 weeks. But I am always, always, always diligent about making sure we are in the right season, too! LOL!!! I guess it's okay for the kids to think we are stuck in March for two months think that it's Tuesday every day, but by golly, they aren't going to think they are still in Winter! :) (cracking myself up!)
