Menu Plan Monday

Monday - Fiery Fettucine

Tuesday - Shrimp Etouffee. It's Mardi Gras, y'all! Laissez les bon temps roulez! I have never tried this recipe, but it was part of a wedding gift of tried & true recipes from people who have been near and dear to me, so I'm pretty confident it will be a hit.

Wednesday - out to dinner/church

Thursday - 7 -up Steak This has been on the menu for a couple of weeks, and I keep forgetting to take the roast out of the freezer. This is the week, though. This is sooo yummy and I'm always the big hero when I serve it.

Friday - Ham with homemade macaroni & cheese

Saturday - Chicken Scalloppine with capers (Scott's cooking--YUM!) I'll add this recipe later if it turns out well.

Sunday - Breakfast for dinner

And with this post, I officially blog more about what we're going to eat than I do about my daughter. We shall have to rectify that. Don't forget to visit orgjunkie.com for more food chatter.

I have to try that 7-up steak! Do you think Ginger Ale would work?

I so have to get my hubby to cook for me. Spontaneously would be nice, so that I don't have to tell him what I want. Oh, and have it be something I truly enjoy, and not something that he loves and thought I might want. Looks like a yummy week, enjoy!

All of your menus look so good! I've made one similar to the fettuccini before, I need to try something like that again. The 7-up Steak looks great, too.
