Theme Night

I didn't post our meal plan for this week, but I'm so excited about what we're having for dinner tonight that I thought I'd share. Tonight the Button Factory will be converted to Chez Usine De Bouton. Our theme night this week is French food! Zut alors!

Scott made ratatouille for himself while the rest of us were in Illinois and said it was absolutely divine, so he's making it again tonight. He's even making homemade French bread! ::drool:: After dinner we're going to watch "Ratatouille" and speak with French accents. (That was Will's idea.)

I need to run find my mandoline--that's going to be my one contribution to dinner. And maybe my camera. With two sous-chefs, Scott's going to have his hands full.

Ratatouille served over soft polenta used to be a staple in our house. I had totally forgotten.
