Anybody who noticed that I didn't post my workouts last week already knows what that means. I wasn't 3 for 3. But I wasn't 0 for 3, either, so let's focus on that. I knew I was in trouble when I was getting ready to do my first workout on Wednesday. (We started school on Thursday, and I knew it would be next to impossible for me to do anything energetic the rest of the week.) The first two weeks were not hard at all. Week three, on the other hand, had my legs and my lungs screaming. But--and this is important--I did finish that one workout.
So I'm running last week's "assignments" again this week. I ran on Monday after we finished school. I haven't run yet today, but I will after we get back from Will's tae kwon do. I will.
