Katie let me do her hair

This is a pretty big deal, because she likes her hair in one of two ways: either long and wild or in one ponytail at the nape of her neck. She rips it out if it is not at the very lowest point where her hairline meets her neck. She will not wear pigtails. She will not wear bows. I am still not exactly sure why she agreed to let me braid it, but she's left it braided for the last hour, so I'm calling it a success.

But don't tell her she looks pretty. Scott told her that and she flipped out on him.
