Another layout that's been on my "to scrap" list for a while. (Katie is now 8!!) Tomorrow I will probably go back and outline the cut-out letters; I'm feeling like they need to be punched up a little.
Doing a page where the subject matter is a few years old reminded me how important my record-keeping is. I have a sketch-book where I record important dates, details of events, page ideas, etc. If I hadn't made a list of some of the things that defined Katie at that moment in time, I am sure they would have been lost forever.
And for the record, chocolate ice cream is still her favorite breakfast.
